Every year we fill banquet halls with hundreds of passionate believers who are ready to defend the family and our way of life here in South Dakota. Feeling like you’re fighting alone? Join us and connect with committed Christians just like you.

We’re working to build a community where Christians can learn together about the controversial issues of the day, have a platform to make their voice heard in the halls of government, and work to elect strong leaders who will represent them well.

This is our mission, and we can’t do it without you!

Join us in protecting Faith, Family & Freedom.

2023 Keynote Speakers: Coach Joe Kennedy and Jeremy Dys

Coach Kennedy: School officials at Bremerton High School (BHS) in Washington state suspended—and later fired—football coach Joe Kennedy because he prayed a brief, quiet prayer after football games. A lawsuit was filed against the school district, arguing that banning coaches from quietly praying, just because they can be seen by the public, is wrong and violates the Constitution. The case eventually landed in the U.S. Supreme Court. In January 2022, the Supreme Court agreed to hear the case. The Supreme Court  ruled in favor of Coach Joe. Come join us for an evening of encouragement with Coach Joe Kennedy and hear the whole story.

Jeremy Dys: Jeremy represented Coach Kennedy through the various court challenges, and eventually at the United State Supreme Court. He is currently Senior Counsel at First Liberty, the law firm who represented the coach through his court battles. Dys earned his law degree from West Virginia University College of Law in 2005. After law school, Dys clerked for the Hon. Russell M. Clawges, Jr., chief judge of the Circuit Court of Monongalia County in Morgantown, West Virginia. For six years prior to joining First Liberty Institute, Dys led a public policy organization where he led research and advocacy efforts on matters of life, marriage, and religious freedom.
